Our intranet pages are protected by copyright. The information and design contained herein may not be, in whole or in part, published, reproduced, distributed or transmitted by electronic means or otherwise without our written permission on other sites on the Internet or otherwise. Modification or use of these sites for public or commercial purposes is prohibited without our prior written permission.
We do not accept any responsibility for the contents of the intranet, which can be connected to using the links on our website. The responsibility lies solely with the third party. We distance ourselves from content referenced by a link that changes in a way that makes it inconsistent with our policy. This applies in particular to content whose distribution is prohibited under German law or the law of another state.
Please note that data transmission over the Internet is currently essentially unsecured. It is therefore not excluded that transmitted data will be taken note of by unauthorized persons.
When you access our Members' section, your data will be stored and used for your administration and support for the committees you are assigned to. You can have your personal data displayed in the logged-in state at any time. You have the right to receive free information about your stored personal data and if necessary correct, block and delete them (phone: ++49 / 69/279971 - 30). However, you will no longer have access to the committee information.
In connection with your access, data is temporarily stored on our server that may allow identification (such as IP address, date, time and pages viewed). An evaluation - with the exception of statistical purposes - does not take place.
We do not guarantee the freedom of viruses of the offered websites, which contain links to other sites or the linked sites themselves. We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of the information provided, as far as they are neither intentional nor grossly negligent Behavior has arisen.
The user ID and password given to me for intranet access are personal access authorizations and may not be passed on to third parties. Passing on this data to third parties leads to an immediate withdrawal of the access authorization for the intranet. I also undertake to protect the access authorization against unauthorized access by third parties. I will immediately notify TDC if I have been aware of any breach of security of any information stored on the intranet or unauthorized use of its access data, or if there is any indication that such occurrences are possible.
