By registering for the TDC intranet member area, you consent to the electronic processing and storage of the data you provide. The data is processed for the purpose of checking your authorization and for the administration and support of your membership. Your data will be stored for the duration of the check of your authorization or your registration for the TDC member area. You can display this data at any time when you are logged in.

Data reception/contact outside this website

If you provide us with your personal data via a means other than transmission via this website (handing over business cards, contacting us by e-mail, etc.) or if we collect your data via publicly accessible sources, we process and store your data electronically. This is done for the purpose of individual communication with you on individual topics. Your data will be stored until your interest in information ceases to exist. Our concern within the meaning of § 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f (legitimate interest) of the Basic Data Protection Ordinance is communication with you on topics relevant to the association and the transmission of corresponding information.

The use of our public pages is basically anonymous. We would like to point out that data transmission via the Internet is currently essentially unsecured. It is not excluded that transmitted data may be taken note of by unauthorized persons.
